These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thebenefitsbridge.com (the "Site") operated by Prestige Executive Services LLC, doing business as The Benefits Bridge-Shannon T. Smith ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our services

We are a licensed independent insurance brokerage. We help you compare and enroll in insurance from third-party carriers. We are not an insurance carrier, and we do not issue policies. Any coverage is provided by the issuing insurance company under its own terms.

2. Informational only, not advice

Content on the Site is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not account for your individual circumstances. You should speak with us, and where appropriate a qualified professional, before making decisions. We do not make guarantees about coverage, costs, eligibility, or outcomes.

3. Insurance solicitation and Medicare notice

This Site is a solicitation for insurance. By submitting information or calling numbers listed on the Site, you will be directed to a licensed insurance agent or broker. We do not offer every plan available in your area, and any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer. Contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local SHIP, for all of your options. The Benefits Bridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, the SSA, or any government agency.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and our services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. You will not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, submit false information, infringe others rights, or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.

6. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email as described in our Privacy Policy, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, logos, and graphics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission. Carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

The Site links to third-party tools and websites, such as PlanEnroll, HealthSherpa, Calendly, and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Executive Services LLC, its owner, and its agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestige Executive Services LLC and its owner and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
